Gas Water Heaters
Alpha Environmental installs gas water heaters, "Natural Gas" & "LP". If
you need a Natural Draft, Mechanical Vented, or Direct Vent we can do the
job.
Water heaters are difficult to estimate without seeing the job. Costs can range
from $275.00 (labor) for a similar replacement gas water heater on a change
out to $1,800.00 where extensive water pipe alteration and venting are
required.
If you presently use electricity for water heating then an average retrofit
charge to gas water heating (including all materials) would be $1,500.00.
Normally changing from electric to gas requires relocation of the water
heater, moderate water piping, venting, and gas piping to the water heater
site.
