Alpha Environmental is a South Carolina licensed Mechanical contracting company.
The present license number is M 106709 active since 11/19/2003. The present License is valid
thru 10/31/2009. Our previous license was issued on 05/06/1996 Lic # M95156 and lapsed on
10/31/2003.
"Alpha Environment Inc." became "Alpha Environmental" a wholly owned subsidiary of
Parsons/Martinec Enterprises Inc. a Chpt. C Corporation on 10/2003
The change in Corporate structure from an S Corp to a C Corp required issuance of a new Fed
ID number and consequently mandatory reapplication for our mechanical contractors license and
the new Licence number.
All changes were made to provide increased financial accounting flexibility as a C Corp.
Parsons/Martnec Enterprises Inc is wholly owned and operated by Donald Parsons and Elizabeth
Martinec Parsons who were also the sole owners of Alpha Environmental Inc. S Corp.
Don Parsons was the qualifying licensee for "Alpha Environmental Inc." and remains the sole
qualifying party for "Alpha Environmental" (a now wholly owned subsidiary of Parsons/Martinec
Enterprises Inc.
